Jozie A heads to UNBC as part of a NAMP grant to study Indigenous Tourism and experience cultural immersion in Canada.

Alright here we go again.  Another student from the School of Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism Management at NMSU will leave the country to study abroad.  Our fine Study Abroad Office has worked hard to prepare Jozie for her experience at the University of Northern British Columbia.  Follow her experiences as she paves the way for future HRTM and NMSU students to have the same experience in future semesters.

Jozie is traveling as part of a grant offered through the North American Mobility Project.  Seven Colleges and Universities in the United States, Canada, and Mexico are working together to promote student exchanges with a focus on studying rural development through indigenous tourism.

Have fun Jozie, and learn a lot!
